Choosing a product is probably one of the hardest parts of starting an e-commerce brand. We will take you through a series of criteria and questions that will help you determine a product or evaluate the one you have in mind.

Section 2: Product Sourcing + Manufacturing
  • ​Where to go to look for product sourcing.
  • ​ How to evaluate and decide on the best manufacturer.
  • The best way to communicate with your manufacturer including what to ask for and negotiation techniques.

Once you decide on a product, you have to decide on the manufacturing of the product.We have spent countless hours refining this process. This section will show how communication and negotiation, along with understanding of timelines and terminology, will set you apart from others starting this journey.

Shopify may be a recognizable word in this industry, but there is a lot of false teaching about what is needed when you set up your store. We did it all ourselves, which means, in this section, we can help you avoid the mistakes we made and empower you to see how much you can actually do on your own!

Section 4: Organic Launch Strategy
